yes, boljoon is such a very beautiful place. we were heading to sumilon island in 2006 and we dropped by at the boljoon town proper to get a glimpse of the old church. travelling via its coastal road is quite an unforgettable experience. boljoon is devoid of natural flat terrain and i think it's just amazing. the whole town i think is located several meters above sea level and that's the best part. the limestone cliff along the coast where the coastal road is carved, is simply breathtaking! very beautiful scenery. this town must be very blessed naturally. just when ur vehicle is approaching the town proper wherein u negotiate a winding road carved on a sheer face of the limestone cliff is awesome! unparalleled beautiful scenery! nothing is quite like it anywhere! and oh, it's church is preserved like u it were in the spanish period. big wooden pillars, coral stone slabs that make up the walls are still intact. the setting is just perfect wherein a boat quay is directly in front of the church plaza. and the water is clear enough to spot those colorful wrasses, butterfly fish, tangs, angel fish, parrot fish, swimming at the bottom of the sea.

ILE tawag ato or boulevard... igka liko.. makita nimo ang church.. ang park.. if buntag ka muadto ah... ahehehhe as in breath taking... ma-amaze jud ka....ako dugay nako diha.. mao jud na akong ka-amaze.zan.. ahehehe
