I'm sorry but i will have to disagree with you. I have been a smart bro user in cdo for 2yrs and i could not stand the constant DC when raining. I have been a globe dsl user in nazareth for a year now, and i can tell you its very good.

depende ug asa ka dapita. southbound (going to bulua) ok ang smartbro. nazareth ok ang globe. xavier heights globe or smartbro.
