Noob here.. nice ni na hobby I want to try this pero basin nag daku lang huna2x nako hehehe try lang ko using fish bowl ... unsan nyong ma suggest mga boss. I've been reading stuffs pero heheh taas2x na dyud ni nga thread. Mag start ko fish bowl ra akong gamiton ako try if mka patubo ba ko ug plant ani if ok gani weeee change tanks dayun ko.

Hello sir, welcome to ACE. Yes, that's a good way to start, researching. Well, sa fishbowl, dili kaayo ko mu recommend nimu ana kay gamay kaayo na. for starters, the bigger, the better, bigger tanks are more stabilized in terms of water parameters. pero if fish bowl lang, pwede ra murag palludarium style nya guppies or a betta will do.
Just keep on researching and ask questions diri sa ACE thread if na confuse ka or what.

mao sad lagi mga boss, gaan daw ko sa akong migo ug tank la na niya gi gamit iya ra daw gi junk mga quarter of a meter ang gi lapdon. think kato na lang cguro.

mas maayo. think first unsa nga plant imung ganahan... then you must create a setup nga according sa mga tanom nga imung ganahan.... i would advised to ask opinions diri, like how they grow, what's their lighting requirement and stuff.. kay ang sa net lain2x man. although no two tanks are alike, suggestions and comments that "based on experience" works best.

i dont have a planted tank but i was just curious...

it looks like a superworm. based on how its carapace are extended, maybe na dugay na siya sa tubig. IMO and IME, i haven't seen worms this big on my planted tanks. kanang minute worms nga puti nuon naa (if its a shrimp only tank). pero kani, sa ako lang, natagak ni siya gkan sa babaw, nasulod sa tank. IMO.

mura man na mosquito larvae. or bloodworm...hehehe
