i am against this....dapat unta ang proper authorities maoy mo buhat sa ilang trabaho...na problema ta sa peace and order...dapat atong LEGAL and OFFICIAL law enforcers unta ang i-strengthen....sad but true...tungod sa ka weak sa law enforcement ang mga tawo ni bilib na lang sa agi sa mga vigilante...kay mao na may ni serve sa purpose....

actualy in proper authorities man gyud na sila dihav to hide their idintities man gud while doing that coz lo-oy man sad ang ilang pamilya if they do it open to the public.. unya kung mo balos tong mga kauban sa mga criminal di ang pamilya sa nga vigi ang mapatyan....

pulis ato gikinahanglan, and there should be no excuses. maayo lang ta manghambog sa mga nindot nga development sa cebu city pero ang atong pulis nagkagidlay. mao nga maparanoid dayon about sa security kung mobisita na ang mga foreign dignitaries. law enforcement infrastructure na pud unta ang atimanon sa syudad para ma-sustain ang development sa uban sectors. lack of trust and support of the system, indifference, the tendency take shortcuts and putting the laws into our own hands, and lots of excuses. we deserve what we get.
