OT: kani si jesuschrist patagad ra kaau ni dah.. ngano balik2x man kag post inday? pasaka imo post count noh? i-report tika nah....

on topic: yeah most shows sa local channels para nako kay wala juy hinungdan.. waste of time ra jud... and ako nabantayan kay usually kanang mga tv shows nga tig 1 hr kay ma 1.5hrs ang show time tungod sa kadaghan advertisements!! mao ako la na jud koy tanaw2x mga local channel kay instead of watching these shows puro nalang commercial ads ako matanaw...

FYI our national language is FILIPINO not tagalog... so jesuschrist, pay attention in school or go back to school :P

naa kay point ani brod.. GMA or ABS-CBN.. ilang teleserye and other programs maka gamay sa utok.. They can't even have a teleserye that can be compared to prison break na naay sense..

boycott all nonsense Teleserye, showbiz talk, and etc.

Haskang saktoha gyud! tagalog language way gamit! Insecure nga ma-abolish sa curriculum sa schools. Ipamugos man jud ni nila ang tagalog, ing-ana sila ka insecure. Mao ni naka-loslos aning nasura. I think the TV networks airs their shows based on their target market. For Philippines, I think they have already made some studies about Filipino traits. Since Filipinos are "highly emotional", "chikadora sometimes ", "have a base on luck attitude" and others, that is why network airs shows like teleserye(which depects love, hatred,family-ties, under-dog), showbiz news, and others.

In other countries for example Japan, the shows are different. Since Japanese love food, travelling and want's to learn english and other foreign languages, their tv station air's shows about sight seeing, restaurants, food, and language learning.

In a nutshell : Although Media is a very powerful tool that can influence people's lives, it is still a business.
