second,wala pa ta kakayahan to administer maggot debridement therapy, coz the maggots are produce in a sterilized environment and treatment should be done in a sterile environment, morag gi triage pa ang patient.

third, in Asia, only Japan produces and distributes sterilized maggots for debridement.
