CPU get crashed!

guys,,i need help..

i install my newly both optical drive..i connect it w/ my cpu then..when i turn it on..
it says insert system disk because it cannot boot...

i restart it..then it says ..no ide connected ..something like that..(cant remember)

then i turn it off,turn it on again..then --------------it ddnt turn on..instead its BEEPING again ang again..

who knows whats happening?anybody?
please..

is there anything that i can do?
please tell me..
