No need to change the listening ports on individual PCs.
Port forwarding setup from the router should handle it.
Ports coming from the WAN side should be unique per PC.
Ex.

From WAN: 111.222.333.444:8888 ==To LAN==> 192.168.1.1:3389
From WAN: 111.222.333.444:9999 ==To LAN==> 192.168.1.2:3389

so on and so forth...
