sakto ka dmelsie pero nothing beats hardware modification OC. ^^,
^ i disagree. hardware modification for overclocking is impractical. you are basically destroying the motherboard and its warranty. you also have limited control on how much you can overclock with hardware-based overclocking so BIOS overclocking beats it at all angles.
enthusiasts do hardware modifications usually because of limits in the voltages in the BIOS and in the past, the BIOS doesn't have an option for increasing base clock speeds so enthusiasts resort to changing the clock generator and crystall oscillator chip but this isn't the case now so when you say nothing beats hardware-based OC, the motherboards of today actually BEATS it at everything unless there are parts that are limiting your overclock.
think before you speak, bai. this gives wrong impression to the people who might be interested in overclocking.

you mean bro
hardware OC vs. sofware OC,
but in intel - TURBO MODE
but in amd - ACC
Where as in TURBO MODE can't void your hardware warranty.
unfair naman sa taga amd fan boys.
note : i'm not into intel or amd.
PS : Sir Polds . may plan ka for side show in amd OCing. thanks
