I would like to ask especially those who work at convergys.

I am currently on training (CCT), i'm under nacs, and I would just like to ask if ever I will be on the floor, may I continue my studies? I am an undergraduate and I am very interested for their educational assistance program. Anyone who can help me with this?

You have the option man to get the Student Assistance program. If I remember correctly, pwede nila i reimburse ang imong tuition up to a max of P25,000 per year. You have to pay the tuition first and then get the reimbursement after 15 days and you need the receipt as proof. Kinahanglan sad nga pasaron nimo ang imong metrics AND your subjects or else theyll charge you the amount they reimbursed. Kinahanglan sad nga wala kay CAPs or PIPs at the start of the sem or students assistance program. And yeah, for regular peeps ra ni siya so dili pa pwede ang trainees and probies. Am from Sprint by the way.
