For super typhoons with high velocity it is expected that the radius of its rain bands are shorter like this Typhoon Peping. yes, i agree with your idea, even if they would say that you can't teach old dogs new tricks, we would still be informing the majority. this, ofcourse, needs planning and strategies of "enticing" the vendors on what's in it for them.
