The first time I heard of i5, I was thinking that i5 will totally dominate AMD and I was really decided to get one. But I was thinking again about getting an i5, my judgment was that Phenom processors will already do as they do not have a have a lot of crazy products to choose at. Whenever you buy a Phenom, that's fine since it's enough to satisfy your gaming needs. Until now I still have my hopes on Phenom even with the really high energy consumption. But with AMD not dropping down the prices of their Phenom processors to compete with i5, then it looks like bye bye for Phenom to me
Sad but true.
