People have their own reasons why they're not present during convocations. I agree with you that just because they do not attend convocations does not mean they're not sincere. Being sincere means one has the real desire to change for the better and do their best not only during convocations but in every aspect of their lives. For those who are just curious, they eventually just forget this and do something else. PEACE!
