@dAmNseL jEnY: Her hair is well rendered. I'm also selling two anatomy books that can help you after you finish my Mona Brookes book. Just visit the Books and Magazines category in the Buy and Sell section of Istorya. (shameless plug). The book by Sheppard is about realistic anatomy while Hart's book is about mainstream comics anatomy (Marvel, DC, Image).
@damnsel or anyone here.
would you like some critiques?In return, I'd love to hear some critique mine.

I believe there's always room for improvement for me or anyone here. and by posting your artwork publicly, you should welcome criticism unless of course, if you prefer not to.![]()
Christine in The Phantom of the Opera.
Mrbiddle,
you have to join our sunday meetings one of these days.
dude, nose's a little out of proportion.
@all: "Perfect" face according to Jack Hamm is equilateral triangle from outermost tip of eyes to tip of noseGet a photo of "handsome" men and "beautiful" women and draw a triangle from their outermost eyes to to tip of their nose. They're equilateral.
@ansley
Thanks, bro. Looks like hospitals are gaining for our "poor" health. This is why I don't like summer.
@cmontoya
Thanks for the critique. I'm sure I wanna buy your Mona Brookes book. I'd love to learn how to draw using those two aspects (realism and mainstream).
@sire zerk
Critique helps me growI don't have a mentor. Thus, I terribly need one.
Sige thanks tan -awon lang. I know about the nose, that's why I left Fine Arts Advertising and shifted to Psychology. hehehe I'm not cut out for this...Mrbiddle,

I traced over your 'dorweng'not quite right but im not a whiz at photoshop.. but it's just so that you might get my point.
One of your weakness that i can see is your stucture you need to work on that. but if it's one of attempted of stylizing your drawing then hilum nalang ko.
1. butts - I like big butts and I can not lie....nice ass but you need to mellow down on that one. medyo ha-it ang lubot. work on your curves...
exercise drawing vine patterns, once you pinned that one down.. you should not have any problems drawing cruvy women.
2. tits - again, the structure just doesnt look right. it looks like you just drew 2 half circles and BAMM, BAMM.... couple of more lines.. it's a seashell bra. sorry, it just doesnt work. you have to learn to draw in proper perspective. observe the overlay i made...her right breast should be slightly protruded from her ribcage (oblongy cylindrical shape)
3. head - it's slightly flat... murag hammerhead one of spiderman's enemies.
4. sleeves thingie - if you're gonna draw fabric, you have to imagine what's underneath...there's an arm underneath, the cloth is being pulled down by gravity. it should be shaped like there's an arm and a hand underneath. the right arm doesn't look like so... but that's just my observation.
5. ilok - look at your ilok.hehehe there's one crease too many.. not sexy IMO. here's a reference:
get the online book by andrew loomis... do a google. it's free..![]()
once you get the stucture down (which i'm also aiming for and consistency).. you can draw any style you want... be it realistic, manga/anime or cartoony.
that's why i salute rob liefeld for his consistency. me, i cant seem to draw a single character consistently. they look like 2 different persons when i intended them to be one.
hope that helps.
@dAmNseL jEnY: Errata - instead of tip of nose, the point of the equilateral triange should be at the middle of the lower lip. Sorry about that. Anyway, I'm not drawing humans yet so I can hardly evaluate your work but listen to zerk, he knows what he's talking about![]()
