here's my post process flow:
After downloading all my raw files...
1. Open all RAW files in lightroom, choose which photos to send to client
2. adjust lighting if needed, mostly fill light
3. export to appropriate folder in either JPG or TIF 300dpi
5. Review images again
4. if image needs to be cleaned (sensor dust, unnoticed dust during shoot or water drops on bg), open photoshop
5. adjust image to 100% view
6. create new layer
7. use healing brush, clone or patch tool depending on the need
8. create new layer
9. adjust curves
10. merge layers save to Final folder
11. Since I have a batch file for sharpening images, i use that. adapted from Manny Librodo's style
USM 18 - 40 - 0
for the web..
After doing the step in 11.
12. resize image to 1024 on longest side
13. put watermark (pre-set already as a brush)
14. save to For the Web Images folder
however, since most of my shots cannot be published until about 2 to 3 months after the shoot, i tend to forget to post most of them.
