house gave up his position in the hospital, but was able to solve a case via the internet earning him $25K which was a bounty set to those who would know the disease...
it was posted by a patient that is so desperate of any means to get cured,and knowing that, that patient who posted his ailment on the net with a reward,is also the patient of Foreman, and unfortunately on the other hand, foreman taking house's role b4 (Dx), was'nt able to figure out what is wrong with his patient.
