FYI: Hovind case is about taxation. this happens to everyone, and yet he was jailed. I also violated tax, by buying without receipt.
It so happen, his ministry is not exempted to tax when he thought its a church and cannot be subjected to tax. Well, it never talked about creation nor evolution... his claim STANDS.
