The quality of service depends on the attitude of an employee. There are some employees that are not minding their work cos maybe also of some factors like salary or no motivation. But there are some employees that are great at their work & naturally has some customer service skills. About the technical area, the technicians are around 3 years least of experience so they are well knowledgeable of their field regarding repairs. They are more on openline especially the latest models, & also on hardware. Depends also on the specialty of a particular technician...
