help! na virusan mn tngali ako pc kay yaya kaau,then ako gi press ang system recovery.then na ok na.but ang problem karon kay ang desktop is not accessible..unsaon mani pgpawala ani?

gamit ka boot up disk then insert nimo disk, then sa msdos mode typ ka c:\format c:\ then hit enter,, depende unsa drive imo format pod.

reinstall lang ang windowsxp... boot from the cd. then reformat the drive nga imo installan sa winxp.

or try boot then repair!

reformat nlng jud kay nag ka virus mn kha. repair is not a really guarantee to remove the virus or fix the issues
