kon wa jod kay way mag invest, i deposit lng sa bank imo money, its better to keep your money in the bank than spend it on unnecessary things...nya ma wala lng imo money

ayaw na lng huna hunaa ang inflation rate.....grabe na jud...from 2.5 percent last yer karon naa na sa 8 percent

@xyberblue.. if imo plan is 2-3 years or 5 years.. better if e invest nimo sa bond funds while thinking.. pero agree jd ko ni edblaco... kaonon ra na imo kwarta sa inflation if imo lang e keep... and dili ka apas ang time deposit..

bitaw nice ang bonds or if you want low risk, try asking for government treasury bonds at LBP or UCPB..

you can invest in conservative funds like bond funds and money maket funds. medyo gamay lang ug interest rate pero dili sad dako ug risk... naay daghan mga investment company ang gaoffer ani, pwede ka sa sunlife, phil-am ug uban pang investment company...

@quarter_back.. ang BTID is using pure mutual funds.. rather than letting the insurance company invest your money, ikaw ang mag decide to invest your money. In other words.. ikaw ang mo pili sa term insurance and ikaw sad ang mo pili sa mutual funds.. ang concept lang ani is while you are growing your money in mutual funds kay protected ka by life insurance. BTID is dili na xa product but a concept. Lisod man sad na magpa tubo ka ug money through mutual funds and wala kay protection for in case something happens to you.

ang concept sa BTID is rather than mo kuha ka ug whole-life or VUL na insurance, mo kuha nlng ka ug TERM insurance then and difference sa price sa whole-life ug term kay imo e invest in mutual funds. By the time mo end ang term insurance, you are self insured na by the money of your mutual funds.

Example ani is like buying a term-life insurance sa Cocolife or Grepalife or etc. and at the same time investing the difference in equity mutual funds like PhilEquity, FirstMetro, PhilAm, Sunlife, etc..

Better choice ni than having time deposit and of course better choice than Whole-Life or VUL.
