i agree with having receipts sa taxi. but the operators should buy the units.

also... ang operators should be free to look for other suppliers of the printers. with this arrangement gud usa ra ka company ang authorize mag supply sa printers. walay competition! LTFRB lang ang mga authenticate kung sakto ba gyud ang printer and meter diba.
