DEFINITELY AGREE! even a simple position sush as a team leader who manages only 5 people at least does requires 2 years experience and a degree at least. how much more of a PRESIDENT IN THE PHIL who manages 90 million people... can you imagine that? able to read and write? bsag mangapply ta sa gobyerno ky at least a Civil service exam passer nya 80% ang passing then our leaders are not even taken yet coz mga BOGO MAN!
