    way laing e blame kundi ang mga politiko... they are the one who are implementing the rules and regulations in our society..

    I think part to blame is also the people.... minsan kasi umaasa na lang sa gobyerno which is mali.... before dapat umasa sa gobyerno gumawa na rin sila ng ways

    one thing is our too close family ties- to the point ang parents magsalig sa ila anak nga naa na pu d pamilya nga giatiman. this is a vicious cycle--- mau na most Filipinos do not have a fresh start.

    another is the minimum wage (300+) which is way below the survival wage of 700+
    with this salary scheme, the poor gets poorer and the rich (capitalist) gets richer and richer
