u know wat guyz, if your confident to apply in a call center company, why is there a need to enroll in an academy. well infact, by the time you're in the company, you'll learn a lot and develop your english and communication skills. simple theory, I'm looking for a job in a call center company to earn money, then I'll enroll myself in an academy and pay for the training? that's a big no no....

yes training is not cheap but the truth is just because some centers dont charge for training it doesnt mean they are less competent. take xynet for example it is the only training facility that employs call center certified language trainers as trainers not call center drop outs or mediocre English teachers. So I post my challenge to the other training centers can you beat that! Lead.. CCA ... Excel they can kiss my... #@$ its all about the trainers and the modules not the money they charge. what good is a great facility when all your center cares about the money they make from you. xynet is free because it is an arm of tesda and the government pays for your tuition fee. Does that make them better because they charge you? Heck no! It just means they take money from poor naive fools who dont know any better! dont be a fooled...
