bem, found this on the other forum and looks like a software bug and some reported that they were successful just by refreshing the video settings and might wanna give it a try

"Refresh" your graphics settings whenever you notice a sudden performance hit (usually during cutscenes or areas with any ice effects).

This means:
1) Hit Esc to open the game menu.
2) Navigate to your Advanced Graphics options.
3) Use the "Set All" drop-down to change all options to the "Low" setting.
4) Hit apply... wait a moment for everything to reload.
5) Change all options back to where you want them.
6) Hit apply... wait a moment for everything to reload.
7) Voila, the mysterious performance hit should now be gone.

Ngek! your os is vista even mine lags sometimes at this os... try using XP ur game will go much smoother... !st time i played and finish this game im only using Palit 7200gs and manual oc... Reso: 800x600 Low Setings @ 15~20fps not bad?lol now im using 8800gt, vista ultimate Reso: 1680x1050 G.Settings @ mid-high costom. 24fps. XP @ max reso and HIGH SETTINGS...

If loading times lang ang problem nimo bem, then its somewhere sa imong hard drive. That is where SSDs/Raptors takes place if dili ka patient to wait for the game to fully load

Bro it really happens co'z of your CPU is too weak for that kind of game

It really doesn't to have to rely on video card alone... even if you have highest end of VC

Try to upgrade your CPU atleast E6300 or atleast a core 2 duo CPU's if your use an in demand processing applications like these games that you have.

sure ka ani bro? Crysis is GPU hungry game. Its not CPU demanding. It does not require higher cache. All you need is to buff up to 3.0 Ghz.
