I did not say GOD cannot create a soul! It is just like saying in science, Energy can never be created nor be destroyed. We can never create nor destroy an energy!

the soul will reincarnate but why will it not retain the knowledge or wisdom from his past life?
in the purpose of evolution to be perfect, should i reincarnate in the body of a mute? or body of an animal? how can i ever attain perfection in that way?

True Reincarantion is always progressive not backwards in the case of Transmigration wherein the soul reincarnates to lower animal. True reincarnation reincarnates that to a man and when it goes to a blind or mute or whatever, it is because of its past KARMA!
