Q.1. Is Hell's existence a form of punishment or simply a consequence? As I read the Bible I realized that God never really meant it to be a punishment, but like a father warning his son not to take drugs because it can cause addiction and will surely destroy his son's life.
Answer: Hell and the lake of fire was not originally designed for man. Hence, man was not the first rational (thinking) being God had created. It was originally designed for Satan and his fallen angels. The Bible would tell us that -
Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
We may not realized it too much today since evangelistic efforts focused on sins and its consequence death rather than what has God provided in His grace - His Son Jesus Christ on calvary's cross that it will not be a consequence of sin anymore but of volition (a free choice).
HELL EXISTENCE IS REAL AND WAS NOT MEANT TO LET EVERYONE FEAR BUT SET AS A WARNING THAT IF WE WILL NOT DECIDE TODAY AS TO WHETHER BELIEVE IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND YOU SHALL BE SAVED; MAN'S COURSE OR DESTINY WILL NOT CHANGE - HELL.
Q.2. Is there a Biblical justification that explicitly give us the moral right, in the case of a Christian- to kill a human being in defense of one's life?
Answer:
- In response to this question, I would like to present first the Three Facets of Truth found in the Bible and is still applicable in this present day and age. The first one is THE LAWS OF DIVINE ESTABLISHMENT WITH ITS FOUR DIVINE INSTITUTION namely FREEDOM, MARRIAGE,FAMILY AND NATIONALISM. Second THE GOSPEL (Christ Death - Finished Work on the Cross, BURIAL, RESURRECTION, ASCENSION, AND SESSION - Christ seated at the Right Hand of the Father). Thirdly, THE ROYAL FAMILY HONOR CODE (some call it the Divine Culture).
Now, I would like to focus only on the First Facet of Truth and deal in its two subcategory namely Freedom and Nationalism. First, any person (Believer or Unbeliever alike) born physically alive was given by God his own inalienable right and was intended (desired) by God to exercise that freedom as not to overlap other person's freedom. Responsible freedom then is when a person exercises his freedom inline with the previous sentence. Irresponsible freedom however is the negative of this. Live and Let Live is the Principle behind all of this. That is why taking one's life would be unjustifiable. However, Nationalism would make it clear also that God gave authorities to preserve and maintain that God given freedom to be exercised responsibly. Anyone who will violate the this principle of freedom (i. e. usurpation of life, liberty and/or property) will have to face its consequence and if necessary that violator (who exercises his freedom irresponsibly) be eliminated - killed. Killing is not sin, murder is a sin.
Q. 3. If I believe in my heart that the Bible is God's word and that Jesus Christ is my redeemer, why are we still obliged to be a part of someone's church or congregation to be a full pledge followers of Christ?
Answer: There are Two categories of FAITH found in God's Word. Phase One Faith is the one we exercise during salvation. You became save the moment of FAITH ALONE IN CHRIST ALONE. And the salvation that you have received will be forever. In light of the scripture, I never knew that God obliged any Church Age believer to become part of any denomination (someone's church). God however, encourage us through the writings of the Apostles to continue in the faith (THE PHASE TWO FAITH - The principle, promises, doctrines, techniques, rules for living in the Christian way of life - THE ROYAL FAMILY HONOR CODE) which we ought to live since we are Royalty (A Royal Priest and a Royal Ambassador) where we can only get through listening the teachings of the Word of God which is taught through ICE method - (Isogogically, Categorically, And Exegetically). Where do this happend? In the local asseblies - the world calls it church being the denomination today. Sadly however, this discription of local churches today does not teach the Word of God correctly anymore. All they have is emotionalism and experience oriented sessions rather "growing in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ". - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, I WOULD REFER YOU TO Little Rock Net Church where this is available Little Rock NetChurch.
Q.4. What is the Holy Spirit?
Answer: The Holy is the Third Person of the Godhead whose responsible is the revealer and preserver of God the Father's plan. And this present age is His full time ministry untill the rapture would occur.

According to the Online Etymology Dictionary, the word bible[4] is from Latin biblia, traced from the same word through Medieval Latin and Late Latin, as used in the phrase biblia sacra ("holy book"—"In the Latin of the Middle Ages, the neuter plural for Biblia (gen. bibliorum) gradually came to be regarded as a feminine singular noun (biblia, gen. bibliae, in which singular form the word has passed into the languages of the Western world.")[5] This stemmed from the Greek term τὰ βιβλία τὰ ἅγια (ta biblia ta hagia), "the holy books", which derived from βιβλίον (biblion),[6] "paper" or "scroll," the ordinary word for "book", which was originally a diminutive of βύβλος (byblos, "Egyptian papyrus"), possibly so called from the name of the Phoenician port Byblos from whence Egyptian papyrus was exported to Greece.
Biblical scholar Mark Hamilton states that the Greek phrase Ta biblia ("the books") was "an expression Hellenistic Jews used to describe their sacred books several centuries before the time of Jesus,"[7] and would have referred to the Septuagint.[8] The Online Etymology Dictionary states, "The Christian scripture was referred to in Greek as Ta Biblia as early as c.223."[4]

@Roland,
