My newly aquired GPU does not boot

hi guys... i need your help on this one.

i just bought a nice Powercolor HD4770 from a fellow istoryan
ki isntall nako sa akong mobo nga

P45-UD3L mobo
E8400 procie... on OC
Zumax 550 X3 psu...

the problem is... dili mu boot....

mu siga ang ang mobo casing lights. mu andar sad ang proc fan and HD4770 power fan

pero walay display

i noticed nga inig first pislit nako sa power....

1. Mu on cya mu siga tanan light...
2. then mu pawng and restart ug iya
3 then steady na cya siga pero walay display.

AS of right now... ni balik koug gamit sa akong crappy 7300GT and ok cya

is this a problem with my PSU... because ako PSU has no PCIE 6 pin power... and im using a PCI 6 pin power from PCX that i bought for 150php

check ang amp sa imo psu bai og amp needed sa gpu
if kaya then naa prob sa gpu basin daot na test na nimo sa shop before imo gi taod

can you test the HD4770 on another PC? mao ra man nai na-ilis and you said na kong mobalik ka sa imong old vcard ok ra imong system...make sure una nga that HD4770 works...kung ok sa lain then thats the time you can say nga naa sa imong setup karon ang nagka-problema w/ the HD4770...

can you test the HD4770 on another PC? mao ra man nai na-ilis and you said na kong mobalik ka sa imong old vcard ok ra imong system...make sure una nga that HD4770 works...kung ok sa lain then thats the time you can say nga naa sa imong setup karon ang nagka-problema w/ the HD4770...

im returning it to the seller para iayng i test usab sa aiyang PC.

excited na utna ko mu gamit ani... pero akong major duda ani is ang PSU

sulayi pud taod motherboard speaker bro den paminawa ang post 'beep', i-google dayon kung unsay meaning sa iyang 'beep' (if walay post led display imong motherboard). makatabang pud na nako basta sa post ang problema

naka overclock ka bai? when i reviewed the 4770 from Asus, dili siya mo boot kung naka overclock ang E4500 to 3.2 Ghz, it may be related to that or my memory strap/latency because I have to run the system in stock settings para maka boot siya -- weird problem. Wala lang ko ka testing kaayo ngano to siya.

edit: it may have something to do with the front side bus. try daw underclock imong CPU; set the front side bus to lower than 333. Mine was 400 at that time and i have to put it to 200 for the card to boot.

master poldo.... wala ni nako ki overclock. 333x9 ra ani akong E8400. the problem is.... dili cya ka lahus bios

well, the issue is with the Asus 4770, PC 4770 man ni iyaha.

naka stock na ni cya tanan... stock na ang setting sa bios. stock sad ang memory

i want to play wolfenstein na waaaa
