i would advise you to create a corporation..

it would be best if you create an operational manual of your business first. that way, you'd be able to visualize it.. its very hard to picture the business if you dont have the idea how it operates...

    since badian mangyud kaha.....

Agriculture is a very good business.... but the vegetable basket of cebu is in mantalongon because of the suitable climate....

It would be better to start a cooperative of vegetable farmers....
you provide the financing from seeds, fertilizers and pest control

you buy their goods less the money advanced.

BUy a close TRUCK van to bring the goods to cebu....

Everyday I go to carbon market.
TRUCKS arrive from the province. very disorganized.

you can be a wholesaler. you transport the vegetables.
    Microcredit to farmers

I suggest agrivet supplies, grocery, beer/softdrinks wholesale simultaneously.

Lending business is good but be sure not to lend money to your relatives, friends, in-laws kay magsakit jud imong dughan labi na gahi mo bayad, nya unya2x-on ra ka.

outsource/bpo nga small time ang maau!!! All you need is a computer and internet!!!

way ayo pautang negosyo....usually kanang mga 4 to 5% per month...multiply nimo by 12 mos...more or less 50% a year...IMO di maau negosyo....

Boss, I can't really say for you. I presume you will resign from your work and go home to do business? As I have mention, stay for a while in your place and see the real business opprtunity. Apply all what you have learned from your work. see to it what business that will have related expansions/diversions later on.

If you can not resign now and just simply would like to sart business and let it handled by some1 else, i will NOT suggest that... You can however invest in an already existing corporations, where it has already in business for years. This usually has existing management systems which are functional and does not require your presence. There are lot of businesses here in cebu that requires additional capital, all you have to do is invest in its existing business. Wala pa ka labad sa ulo. you can monitor it thru their reports.

btw, IT related ba imong job diha sa gawas?
