CORTAL - 500mg ASPIRIN



Indication:
- relief of headache
- fever of colds & flu
- dental pain
- body aches & inflammatory swelling of arthritis & rheumatism
- functional menstrual pain

Dosage:
- Adult: 500 mg tab 1-2 tab 4 hrly. Max: 8 tab/day.



Using CORTAL at high dosages can cause BLEEDING, why?
- Aspirin is actually an ANTICOAGULANT, at lower dosage, it is clinically used to dissolve blood clots caused by heart attacks. Therefore, HIGH DOSAGE of aspirin would cause profuse bleeding.


Is it a cytotec?

Mao bitaw ilang ingon, cortal ug sprite kuno maka cause abortion, that all it takes are 2 tabs plus a bottle of sprite. Hmn, 2 tabs of aspirin 500 mg has never been known to cause abortion. The only time that it can cause abortion (possibly) is when you OD on it, mag 50-50 imong kinabuhi, ma admit ka's ospital. NEVER use Cortal for anything other than what it's intended for, esp kung gusto mo magpa abort. I wouldn't advise using aspirin anyway, for young adults. Acetaminophen is much safer, with less drug interactions. But never, ever take more than the recommended dose of a drug. Even so-called "safe" drugs like Biogesic, if you take too much, you wind up dead or in a coma.
