if above na .. depende na na sa bata.. cya na ang modecision
pero depende japon na sa financial ug mental ug emotional capacity sa parents

Situation:
Ang mama(no income) maoy nilayas sa "conjugal" house. After a few days she realized nga mingawon siya sa bata(4yrs old), gusto na niya kuha-on ang bata...citing the "laws" above. can she have custody of the kid and demand support from the father? Visiting rights na lang si papa?

sakto ni sis but naay uban nga mo interact ang parent sa mama or papa sa bata... (grandparents) if kinsa sa ila moy makahatag finacial and emotional support ad2 ihatag ang bata... if ever di kaya buhion sa mama or papa sa bata.
