    maka sapot kay di jud ka ka sleep..
    active kaau imo body middle of the night nah...

    before...
    i was cleanin up my room..
    sige ko irog-irog sa akong bed... re arranging my stuff...
    laina lagi... hehehe
    then ni sleep ko mga 6am nah...

    ang ako insomnia kay in phases. i remember ato bata pa ko, grade 2 i think, mga pilang buwan seguro to na galisud ko'g katulog. i was always imagining ghosts and supernatural beings man gud. i was afraid that once i closed my eyes and fell asleep, all those scary things would surround my bed. heheh.. the other time na-insomniac ko... as in insomniac dyud.. was a few years ago. i still don't know what caused it, but i remember staying up all night, just listening to the radio. this lasted 3 months or so. the only reason i survived this was that i was able to sneak-in naps in the daytime. it was bad, but i lost, like, 10 pounds, so i guess it wasn't so bad. hehe.. of course i'm back to my old self now, and i gained back the 10 pounds. darn it! hehe.. but it's ok.

    i was cleaning my room from 1am till 3am...
    hehehe

    my sister got mad, coz saba kuno kaau ko in the middle of the night...
    hehhe
    and wala jud ko kapoyi, until naabtan kog 6am!
    diha nako na luya and then ni sleep dayon ko...

    weird..

    ako sad... until now la pa ko k.sleep... and to think daghan pa ayo ko buhatonon later! *sigh* pro since hayag na... mura n.hinay na ug k.luya ako body... tsk tsk tsk... sign of being nocturnal!

    -Don't spend too much time in bed. Don't lie in bed trying to get to sleep at night or lounge there too long in the morning. Like if you wake up at 7am and cant get back to sleep , get up.

    -Increase your exposure to light later in the day.For example, do some gardening or take a walk on a sunny afternoon. This resets your biological clock, which can help you stay up later at night and sleep later in the morning.

    -Get some exercise. Regular physical activity helps you sleep better.
