BALAMBAN LIEMPO:tastier than lechon!

Hope you take this with a grain of salt:

I was driving the whole morning doing errands...and when it was time for lunch gi gutom nako. So I thought maybe I should try this Balamban Liempo that people are talking about. I went to the so called Mabolo branch , same road as where Guani rent a car is and that Burger joint... I kinda knew it may be a hole in the wall type so I drove really slow , with my eyes wide open... I read it was like a 100 meters from the named establishments that were on the same road. Well after driving the whole road I couldn't find it.. maybe I wasn't looking hard enough but seriously I think u need to put up more streamers because I didn't expect it to be that hard to find. SO I told myself sige let me go to the lahug branch, with my tummy growling, and worried I couldn't find the mabolo branch I ended up dreaming of the nice piece of pork cut at the lahug branch with all the nice lamas in between.

Finally it was in my sights the Lahug Liempo Branch, and thank god there was one more parking inside. So got down from the car and booooommmmm! this was at 12:34 Noon , the height of lunch... I see 2 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of Liempo being cooked in this very big grill..... and I wondered that didn't seem right....

Anyway I asked the attendants, can I order one piece to eat here.... and later like a big piano falling from the sky , I got the reply " HUROT NA !!!!" so I say I see three pieces u mean to tell me that's reserved and they replied YES!!!! - so here I was , very hungry , yet excited to try this so called awesome Liempo and without even trying a piece it made me feel not wanting to go back , and people say service isn't important , well some people......

So to the owners I suggest stocking more liempo kay sayang people want to try it but there are no liempo for sale at the height of lunch.... again Height of lunch.... Goodness, I really drove around town just to try this ....

Its SAD.....

We are Very sorry Sir...We ran out of Stocks, as much as we would like to serve everyone we just can't because wala na gipamalit na sa mga early birds ang liempo naay uban naghulat jud...nay uban niingun na balikon lng nila ila gi pareserve, naay uban namalit tag 6 Pcs Liempo 5Pcs Liempo and so on...nahurot jud amo stocks... again Sir we apologized for running out of stocks...we didn't expect that the demand for our Liempo will be this high considering that we are just in our second week in Lahug, We are very sorry for the inconveniences that we have caused you sir...Rest assured that we will resolve this problem ASAP. We are hoping to serve you with our Liempo next time Sir. We would have love to serve you with our Liempo Sir but unfortunately as early as 11AM the orders just keep on coming maybe because it's PayDay today. Again Sir Our Sincere Apologies to you.

Just to make things clear here guyz we don't serve Lunch in our Mabolo Branch....We open there @ 4:00PM-9:00PM Monday to Sunday

Our Lahug Branch is Open from 10:00AM-2:00PM and 5:00PM-10:00PM Monday to Sunday We are Open until 12:00MN on Weekends

Just to clarify. the liempo in balamban is not named balamban liempo, its Kristian Liempo, owned by Bebot. WE know each other .

The reason why we called our business such is because my wife and brother in law are from abucayan, balamban.

We were also inspired by the success of the liempo in balamban so we decided to have our name registered in DTI .

By the way, all our ingredients and recipe is distinct and original, but you have to TASTE it to BELIEVE it.

I didn't expect a quick reply , but I'm glad you did. I hope you understand why I commented, as a customer we have to voice out our concerns to make owners aware. In this age of competitive markets one would expect a certain standard but like any business the first few weeks would be adjustments , I'm glad you pointed that out.
