Why don't you look closer? Although wala sila mag-mention, I already have good guesses what 3G could do any better than regular phones do.

For example, since 3G mobile naman gyud ni and ang prime target ni gwen diri kay ang PNP, this will give police officers the extra mobility and reporting from base to field. I'm not mentioning anything about texting and calls ha before this line. If someone can come up with a good java application(since most mobile apps are java) that is real time where it updates those 3g mobiles for places who needs police assistance. Simple. Even the instant message chatting within base to field could do alot already.

You can't say a Dot Matrix printer is way better than a Laser Printer because a Laser Printer "Prints" documents although mabuhat ra sa Dot Matrix. The opposite of that line is your analogy perhaps.
