    Clearly both individuals were at fault. The police officer should have a more thorough understanding of procedure and the attorney should behave like a professional. What is being overshadowed here is the fact that a man was killed and justice for the victim is (in my mind) far more important than two overinflated egos at loggerheads.

    I think the lawyer has a point. The policeman was ignorant. And by arresting the lawyer, he committed a crime himself and violated the lawyer's rights.
