Bro kasuway jud ko ining astral projection or astral travel. It started when my brother died. Sus, grabe, after mugawas imung ispirito lisod ibalik. Dapat ang porma sa imung ispirito parehas ug porma sa imuhang lawas para ka makabalik or kung dugay mubalik hulaton lang nimo kay suyupon ra man imung ispirito sa imong lawas. Ang imong makita sa imong palibot is blurry or blurred kaayo pero makakita ka sa imong lawas. Wala jud ko nisuway ug palayo sa akong lawas kay makuyawan ko basin dili na ko kabalik.
