don't treat paco and miguel the same 'coz sa case ni paco he really was innocent. daghan witnesses maka testify nga he was there sa manila when it happened (naa pa gani flight manifest to prove nga nilarga jud sya!!), but sad to say, wala gi admit sa court ang mga testimonies nila..... i was also told gani nga setup ra to tanan sa papa sa chiong, tua ang mga chiong somewhere out there nagtago (last time they heard bout it tua sa states)... kani nga info gikan ra ni sa chinese community pa gani...


kani sa case ni miguel, nobody can testify that he DIDNT do it (other than his gf, who probably is just covering for him) ... as circumstances strongly show nga siya jud (ingon pa sa uban common sense lang gud)...

as some ppl say here, away ni sa mga datu... we dont know if gi report jud nila sa proper authorities... possible sad dili, as they can settle this themselves... kabalo bya mo sa mga datu, daghan connections.... so sige lang ta discuss ngari, possibly we won't even know the truth... pero la lang unta mangaway diri if someone says something dili mao, diba...

a death threat is a death threat no matter how the message was conveyed... unya kanang imong giingon nga gisunog or gi bangga, dili nana matawag ug death threat. that is already arson and damage to property.

somehow, this story doesnt surprise me considering miguel is a gun freak and bugoy bugoy sad ni siya bisag sauna pa sa grade school.
