Regarding the text message showing the sender as (no name). If you were going to text someone a death threat, are you really going to use your REAL NUMBER? I think not.

This is a very serious matter and should definitely involve NBI. Can't blame the person for making this public, it makes sense. You think that evidence would be in safe hands otherwise? Gun crime is a big problem in Cebu and death threats (no matter how commonplace) deserve proper investigation and punishment regardless of the alleged perpetrator's status.

These type of incidents really sadden me and greatly harm the image of Cebu. This is not the Wild West!
