Hi. I am one of the employees of Teledevelopment Services. Of course, some of you are not aware of what TDS is but let me just give you a brief background. We are an International BPO and Support Service. We do consulting, staffing, executive search and we also do training. TDS has been operational in Ohio for 18 years already and 6 years in Manila. This is the first time that TDS ventured out in Cebu because they think Cebuanos have a lot of potential and the call center companies here are also growing. We are not just a training company. We are not an agency. We don't get money from your salary, i repeat, we don't deduct anything from your salary once you are hired from our call center clients. For the level 2 or tier 2 agents, that is actually correct. But maybe some of you who applied may not be qualified due to the high qualification requirements that our call center clients have given us. We cannot endorse people who doesn't have the right potential needed for our clients. Because at the end of the day, business is business. I hope that this will help you guys understand what our company is.

Check it online! This company is a call center support,.. You will know it through reading between the lines... I think mo-offer pud ni cla training but basically, they aim to help individuals to be part of the most prestigious call centers here in cebu...
