From what I know is...
Washington Mutual was supposed to occupy EBLOC building...
but after the Financial Meltdown...
Washington Mutual was bought by JP MORGAN CHASE...
now the contract for lease of the building is still valid...
so JP MORGAN will be the entity...
JP MORGAN is a BANK and investment FIRM...
i think the opening will be for customer service of their banking clients
and some accounting operations like mortgage services
IT WILL BE ON THE EBLOC...
I haven't heard of a callcenter opening in ROBISONS CYBERGATE.... which is across chong hua... although its also a good site for a call center....
