i don't listen to FM stations nowadays so i don't really know if kani mga banda nga ako gipaminaw na mainstream na ba. But i heard my classmate talking about The Submarines and The Lonely H so i guess mainstream na ni sila ron.. But i don't care.
I'm a little happy na ang soundtrack sa New Moon ky composed of bands like Death Cab For Cutie, Bon Iver, Thom Yorke, Kings of Leon, and Mute Math... Atleast high schoolers will pick up the soundtrack and will discover great music just like last year's Twilight OST when they included folk singers Iron and Wine and Rob Pattinson( who also is talso one of the stars of the movie)Last edited by countrykidanthony; 09-12-2009 at 09:31 AM.

bag-o raka kadungog anang bandaha part? FYI hagbay rang na-mainstream ang Muse tawn uy..they are massivelly popular amongt fans of the rock genre. cguro diri sa ato or sa ubang lugar dili sila mainstream but in England where "indie" has always been popular w/ a large segment of the population, then Muse are definitely mainstream. they were nominated 4 times at Brit awards and won 2 Ema's over Franz Ferdinand voted by the PUBLIC! but who cares if they're mainstream or not?? it doesn't stop me from listening to them and if YOU stop liking bands because they're not underground enough for you then that's just shallow...
now back to the topic!
