there are some conflict on your statements

if there is Saint Peter that will judge, he would have judged SoulA in the 12th Century and SoulA will not reincarnate

if there is reincarnation, then SoulA would reincarnate again after the 21st century because he has to pay for all the wrong doings

why SoulA is only judged by Saint Peter in the 21st Century? why not earlier?
