may unta mahimata na ang mga katawhan na if murder gani. death penalty nalang gyud. or priso w/ cane. pero unsaon man sab ang balaod para raman pud sa mga kabus. unya katong mga sapi-an na naka sala pwede man hinuon ma abswelto. tsk tsk ka luoy sa atong yutang na tawhan. wala gyud intawon tay asenso.

guilty verdict was re-affirmed by SC which means the burden of proof was again established...

how can u win the people's sympathy when someone doesnt admit his sins and mistakes? so far he still is denying the crime. he got no conscience to what he did and so thats what he will be treated also, he asked for it. u cant blame anyone for that nor he dont deserve our sympathies as well. if paco admits to the crime and be brave enough to face the truth then maybe, maybe some people do sympathize with him though that doesnt change his fate but people may change the way they look at him. the CHIONG's has been suffering endlessly especially to the missing body of the other sister.
