    So they want to increase revenue, telecom is an easy target, more so than alcohol or tobacco because they can collect the money so easily. But is it fair to start additionally taxing a service because it is popular? Here's a better idea, unexplained wealth of officials should be taxed (100%), assets sold at public auction. No lengthy appeals, no loopholes, no excuses!
