OT: Kana kay lunod patay kaayo siya mo defend sa mga Garcia kita na lay sabot niya hehehe! Bisan unsaon niya ingon nga dili siya relative, loyalist sinuhulan sa mga Garcia, the way siya mo defend sa mga Garcia in details gyud, maka ingon ta: Tell it to the dead marines!!! Ang mga OKOY ra sa Balili lot maoy mo tuo ana.

it's just that in the buying process they screwed up...big time.
How on earth could a high ranking person,
    with provincial powers,
    with wide array of contacts,
    with probably a couple advisors,
and with a very known reputation.

    miss details prior to purchasing
    anything this HUGE!!
that could be considered NATIONAL LEVEL purchase
even after person to person evaluation of a parcel of land being sold??

    isa ra ako makita...

kay kabalo sya, dako sya mabulsa...
i betcha... plansado na ni nga drama!!!!

I read from a newspaper na Gwen knows that Tomas declined the lot due to sunken properties but still, she proceeded with the purchase...
pila gyud kaha ang actual price ani sa?? kay lagi man jud nang claimed price sa real price when it comes down to politics...

I should know since we sell parcels of land in CDO and whenever government official buy some... its always fixed...
