    I guess the issue here is not whether the offending party should be put to jail but of the lawyer being put to jail for defending his client. How can it be called obstruction of justice nga wla man mahimo ang lawyer if di jud i.release ang iyaha client. Alangan na man pud ug bitbiton niya pauli iyang client without the approval of the police, then that's the time pwd siya makasuhan ug obsruction of justice.

    On the other hand, i agree on what was posted by the other forumers. You cannot detain a person for more than 24hrs if walay mo file ug complaint.

    Excited ko kung unsay abton ani nga issue. Maulawan jud ni si Bayarcal ba.

    mao. nagpataka nlang ug yawit ning mga polis nga usahay murag mga korek bah. nakalimot cguro sila nga lawyer ilang ka atubang. kita jud ning katag ron. sobra pa's ignorante.

    Kana kung naa pay kalabayan... ang problema man gud kay abugado iyang kontra ug nahibalo gud na sila sa balaud.
