Ako friend dugay na sa Xlibris and he's earning really good. For an undergrad na mag average ug P40 K a month that's already a lot. So Ok jud ang pay but you have to be a performer, you need to deliver what is expected from you. Nahan ko pero nahan pa ko troubleshooting, naa man pod ko sa call center and I do my real estate as parttime.

I applied sa Xlibris last week. My final interview was with a nice looking fella named Dave. But it looks like wala ko nadawat.. After the interview I was told by a lady there, who i think processes the papers and ushers applicants, that i did not fail daw but Dave hasn't made up his mind yet kung nadawat ba ko or wala. This week pa daw ko tawagan if they need more CSR they will reprocess daw my application. Chances are.. wala ko nadawat noh?

Haay, C'est la vie. Despite the negative comments, i'm interested pa naman kay mura siya og challenging.

I worked for XL for a year and a half. I loved it there. I highly recommend the company, though it's really not for those who have very stubborn call center culture. Dave is a good guy, very level-headed and generous. Up for this company!

cons: no salary increase for 4 years na... ; a lot of added tasks/work which are not related to job description with no salary increase...15 leaves (combined na ang sick leave, vacation leave, emergency leave - ikaw na bahala mg-divide)

different cguro ang situation sa reps pro sa production... ayaw nalang.
