I suggest ... 1) you decide first how much are you willing to spend for your anniversary dinner, 2) then decide what kind of ambience imo gusto - overlooking the city? by the beach dinner? purely dinner ra ba? or naa ba gimik inig ka human dinner?, 3) then try to contact restaurants, hotels, resorts nga possibly maka provide sa imo gusto ambience, and ask how much kaha ila dinner for 2 - and about the menu . . . sultihi lang sila nga you're planning for an anniversary dinner and ask if naa sila set menu, 4) then compare the prices and ask around for opinions on the venues that you have considered, and finally, 5) don't forget to reserve and ask for the best table sa restaurant nga di mo maistorbo!
Yes, Pino and Laguna Garden are good restaurants but watch out, there are times saba ang lugar. If we want a quiet dinner, me and my wife usually go to specialty restaurants like rica's, gustavian, chateau de busay, la tegola, ambassadors cafe, beehive, hola espana, ginza, og uban pa.

why not try islands banca (sakto ba kaha ni) service kato ila sunset dinner... sounds romantic

La Tegola or any of the Shangri-La restos - Acqua, Tea of Spring, Tides or Cowrie Cove. For our anniversaries, we've had dinner at 10 Dove Street (pretty, super yummy resto that's really private and secluded), Don Merto's in Casa Escaño Bed and Breakfast, La Buona Forchetta, and Kagura. If you want dinner AND drinks, I suggest Formo and Maya.
