.. my mother is from cagayan and I frequent the place. compared to cebu, cagayan is absolutely nothing. But on it's own, cagayan is a wonderful place, but sadly the cagay.anons aren't that friendly as they claim to be, most of them are CRABS. One time i talked to a friend of my cousin and she was bragging to how cool it was when she went to cebu and all the things she experienced, she was like being "hilas" coz she went to cebu, but i bombed her and told her that i'm cebuano. That's the biggest problem there, once people get out of the city and visit other places, like cebu or manila or other countries, they think they're better than others. pathetic fools. But then again, not all cagay.anons are like that.
