Cebu is one of the most developed provinces in the Philippines. We are lucky that we are more financially capable than other provinces around us. If the Province is just dedicated to serve the people then they should've provided excellent service to Cebuanos.

* Gave GSIS group accident insurance to 11,000 barangay officials and workers, the frontliners in government

* Holds medical missions throughout the province on a regular basis

* Assists indigents who need anti-rabies vaccines and other medicines

* Distributed health kits to more than 6,000 health workers of the province’s 1,202 barangays

then provide ambulance speed boats for the smaller islands or chopper.

* Outsourcing of medical personnel that perfected attendance of personnel and saved the Province some money, which are then spent on preventive health maintenance program such as supplemental feeding and the provision of sanitary toilets to barangays

BUT Speedboats? what for? Chopper? what for?

well, instead of those, why not on more important stuff? so instead of those, she has spent it more on WATER, POWER, EDUCATION, LIVELIHOOD, TOURISM, ENVIRONMENT.

instead of your proposed speedboats and chopper, she spent it more on distributing military jeeps to police stations and firetrucks to towns and cities, and, providing computers and internet connection among public high schools in the towns.

now how about that?

I've been to some but mostly in the south, particularly sa Malabuyoc. but then again, you have to note that they are district hospitals and not provincial hospitals, nor city hospitals, or nor even private hospitals that can be at par w/ them.

I don't have any business w/ the Garcias nor having any business transaction w/ any gov't entity. I am just a private person having a small private business dealing w/ private persons. I may know many things about Cebu (especially politics) coz I am born and raised here in Cebu. to add, I have relatives and acquaintances who are into politics.

ang akong gi defend is not mga Garcia but against malicious innuendos thrown against sa mga Garcia or anybody that doesn't deserve to be ridiculed, and assasinated in character. I am defending fair play here. heck, I can even defend Tomas too if I should...

coz how can you justify saying "walay nabuhat" when actually naa man gyud? how can you justify saying "guilty" when it has not been proven yet? how can you say "hawod ug batasan" when in fact not? The Garcias are even pretty much approachable u know compared to Tomas. Tomas is even far arrogant than Gwen u know. and I don't even think Gwen is arrogant. Igat lang gyud cguro gamay...hahaha. I said "gamay" ky naay mas igat pa niya nga Osmena...hahaha
